What's On My Mind 119: Challenged | Guest Mix by Leonardo | Runtime 2:01:49 On this episode I honestly was challenged with a lot of life factors. From family to finances, to planning our next event on Saturday. It's been... A LOT. So I didn't have to time to saturate in music I was feeling or even get a moment to hear new stuff. So for hour 1, I decided to mix my version of the Challange Crate Vol. 2 from the contest I was holding. It was absolutely rough, but I'm glad I did it. So much fun doing it and can't wait to create volume 3. For hour 2 I brought on Leonardo from Austin, TX. I met him at Higher Ground during open deck nights and he's always supported my show, ideas and investing in the community. He does mixes at random spots around this city, breaks out a camera, records them, and posts them to YouTube. I love it! Enjoy the ride! Also, we are hosting What's On My Mind: Boiler Air at The Venue ATX this Saturday. Grab a free ticket here: https://posh.vip/e/womm-120?t=nlt

What's On My Mind 118: Ecstasy | Runtime 1:58:56 For this episode I really was in the beginning of longing, yearning, crying out for some kind of ecstasy. It was a hard week and I just knew what I was feeling. So the tracks I chose were the ones that aligned with where I was at in the current state. For my guest I brought on someone who's music brought me through so much. Eco. Eco is Jersey based and has made many smashed hits on Armada, Flashover, and Blackhole. His music always has been geared toward his mind and not what anyone else want's. So I brought him on the show. His mix I felt showed off exactly where he's at and I just can't get enough. Enjoy the ride!
What’s On My Mind 117: Fork | Guest Mix by CARTFISH Runtime: 2:04:59 In this episode I'm at a fork in the road with many decisions on my mind for what's next. Some of the track names are exactly the focus. In hour 2, I brought on CARTFISH as he's fresh in the electronic dance scene industry and I wanted to be sure to catch him while I could! He is one of South Florida’s hottest social media icons from The Journey Guys or with his husband Alex. I still remember the first TikTok I saw of Carter was when he gets mad at Alex spilling protein powder on the freshly cleaned counter. Laughed so much. You can watch it here for your enjoyment: https://www.tiktok.com/t/ZTL3hMDcv/

What’s On My Mind 116: Massive | Guest Mix by STEVE FERAL Runtime: 2:02:03 In this edition I came back from a massive weekend from Seismic Dance Event Spring Lite, Yamas, and a new venue for The Cut ATX! My mind went wild. In hour 2, Steve Feral takes on the decks with a massive collection of tunes and remixes I was just in love with! Get ready for some All American House music that is beyond you. Broadcast date 5-12-2024

What’s On My Mind 115: Jump | Live at This Too Shall Pass | Guest Live Performance by EMSKI Runtime: 1:54:27 For this episode I turned on the mics for the first time Live and did a full 2-hour broadcast at This Too Shall Pass ATX in downtown Austin, TX. In hour 1 I took on the decks expressing all the jumps he's doing in life with new music I've been relating to. For hour 2 EMSKI graced us with a live performance as the guest mix with digital drums, singing and DJing. So fun to experience in person!

What’s On My Mind 112: Longing | Guest Mix by Dettech Runtime: 2:04:13 In this episode No Light Thing is longing for a variety of different things and the core memory holds the key for what that feels like. In hour 2, we have Dettech out of Austin, TX bringing us a slamming trance and techno set you don't want to miss. Don't forget to enter the Challenge Crate Vol.2 by No Light Thing and test your skills!

What’s On My Mind 111: Stagnation | Guest Mix by Done Dizzle Runtime: 2:07:33 In this episode I run things a little more in the tech house and minimal with some old hits but new to me and a classic I just get over. In hour 2 I asked Done Dizzle to be a part of the guest mix cause seeing him live was amazing! It was a no questions asked. We met at High Ground during an Open Decks night, and it was... It really was awesome.
